Official language
Polish shall be the official language. All sessions will be simultaneously interpreted (PL/EN). Selected sessions will also be interpreted into other languages.
Registration
Congress participants registration is closed!
This year, for security reasons, a registration system with a photo was introduced for guests with the Premium and VIP status. The photo used at registration or when viewing the guest's account should be used for registration. If no photo has been uploaded, we’ll take a temporary photo at registration and upload it to the registration system.
Guest registration on site will start on 14 May and 15 May at 8.30 am and it will be closed at 10.00 pm. On 16 May the registration will operate from 8.30 am until 3.00 pm. The ID will be issued on site, at the registration points of the International Congress Centre (entry C from ul. Olimpijska). Additionally, for evening events registration will be possible at the Spodek Arena (entrance number 3) 30 minutes before the banquets (14 May from 8.00 pm and on 15 May from 7.30 pm).
When leaving the building and returning to the International Congress Centre or Spodek Arena, you will be asked to present your ID.
