He has over 10 years experience in Business Transformation, specialising in Shared Services and Outsourcing across several industries. Adam has managed Shared Services implementation projects for global companies, leading engagements from a feasibility study through SSC set up, process transition and optimisation in an SSC environment in Europe, Americas, Australia and Asia.
