#citygenic – this is how he describes himself and his mindset. He wants cities to become a better place to live. He specializes in public-private partnership projects in the field of parking and urban mobility, especially car sharing, which as a system is being introduced to major Polish cities. For many years he has been an active player on the PPP market acting as advisor or representative of private partners or concessionaires. He also has extensive experience in the commercial real estate market. He delivered dozens of speeches and publications in the CEE region. He promotes his “citygenic” ideas through his “Polska Parkuje” think-tank. He supports a parking strategy where the city and its needs come first and cities themselves develop towards smart cities, in which the role of private vehicles becomes limited and the price of using them is high.
