Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at Nicolaus Copernicus University in Torun, and the Faculty of Law and Administration at University of Gdansk. He also completed MBA. He started his journey with railways working as a traffic controller and a dispatcher. He was a deputy director and a director of the Railway Traffic Management Centre. He introduced new solutions in dispatching department, and in the construction and implementation of information systems supporting the process of timetables construction and operations of, among others, SWDR, SET and Crisis Management System. On his initiative, a modern Railway Crisis Management Centre was created. Since 2012, he has been a Member of the Management Board, Vice President, Director for Operational Affairs of PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe S.A., with special responsibility for the offer for carriers, operations and safety.
