Bartosz Kwiatkowski is Public Policy Manager at PwC since 2015. Senior Counsellor at Aleksander Kwasniewski's Chancellery until 2005, he later joined a PA consultancy CEC Government Relations. Economist by training, he was also an expert of the Rapid Response Instrument developed jointly by the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development (PARP) and Cracow University of Economics. A visiting lecturer at Cracow University of Economics and Collegium Civitas. Bartosz advised to more than 20 corporations, both regarding the national and European level. He has a track record in energy industry, automotive industry, e-commerce and many more.
