Graduate and employee of Poznan University of Technology, has moved to the practical use of his  knowledge in the heating sector. He is active in the heating sector for over 30 years, and for 25 years he holds the managerial functions at the highest level. During the period of Poznańska Energetyka Cieplna he was responsible for the operational and technical restructuring and for market reorientation of the company. Since  2002 he is responsible for commercial development. Bogdan Świątek is the initiator of the concept of co-operation with local government partners, common for the Veolia Group in Poland. He was also responsible for the development of new products: technical maintenance services for facilities (facility management), services to the National Grid, production and distribution of system cooling, and lately, energy management services in buildings together with some projects in the area of ​​energy efficiency. He is a recognized authority in the heating sector.
