Mr. Dziełak has been working with within the context of healthcare for over 20 years. As part of his professional responsibilities in the Suwałki Voyvodship Office (1992 – 1999) he coordinated the implementation of an IT system and Medical Services Register in Polish healthcare. While working for the Health Insurance Supervisory Office between 1999 and 2004 he acted as Advisor to the President and later on as the Head of the Section for Strategic Analysis and European Integration. In the Ministry of Health Mr. Dziełak held the position of the Head of Section for Analysis and Reporting and subsequently was appointed the Director of the Health Insurance Department. Since 2005 Mr Dziełak has been employed in the National Health Fund, currently directing the Analysis and Strategy Department.
