Dionizy has many years of experience in providing advisory services to public sector institutions. He specializes in strategic development, innovation, entrepreneurship development, economic marketing advisory, and public institution management optimization services. Dionizy is the co-author of PwC reports on Polish cities 2015, which were prepared to determine the development capital of those cities. Dionizy gained experience working in public administration work as an appointed civil servant. Among other things, he worked as deputy department director with the Ministry of the Economy and in the Ministry of Regional Development.
