Partner, Leader of Sustainability Consulting Central Europe, Deloitte Expert with over 15 years of professional experience in sustainable business. She is Partner at Deloitte responsible for Sustainability Consulting Central Europe practice. She leads a Central European team that advises clients in organizations’ transformation strategies, impact measurement, reputational risk management and environmental protection. Irena advises the Polish government. She is a member of the Corporate Social Responsibility Advisory Board of the Minister of Economic Development and Board Member of Responsible Business Forum. Irena cooperates with international sustainability organizations, i.e. Global Reporting Initiative, World Business Council for Sustainable Development, CSR Europe. She teaches CSR strategy at Leon Koźmiński University in Warsaw. Irena has authored many publications dedicated to sustainability and CSR.
