Ireneusz Łazor - President of the Management Board, Polish Power Exchange - TGE (formerly POLPX), Board Member at Association of European Energy Exchanges EUROPEX. His current responsibilities focus on the implementation of TGE development strategy: strengthening the position of TGE on the electricity and energy commodities & financial markets in Poland, active contribution to the creation of a common European market for electricity and gas, as well as building a broad portfolio of transaction and information products offered on commodity & financial markets in Poland Starting from 1991, he was actively involved in the capital market working for major Polish banks (PKO BP i PEKAO S.A.) In the years 1995-1999, he worked as Head of Quotations Department at the Warsaw Stock Exchange. From 1999 until 2011 he was Vice-President of TGE. From 2008 until July 2012 he was the President of the Management Board of the Warsaw Commodity Clearing House. Since 5 July 2012, he has been serving as President of the Management Board of TGE.
