Has written extensively in international scientific journals on semiconductor materials science, nanotechnology and materials testing methods. Poland’s representative on ENIAC JU Governing Board as well as on the High Level Group of EU Member States and Associated Countries on Nanosciences, Nanotechnologies and Advanced Materials under H2020.
