Speakers

Karolina Żelawska-Pałasz works in Banks, Corporates and Financial Instruments Division, within Baltic Sea and Northern Europe Department. She is in charge of lending operations to corporates in Poland. Before joining EIB she worked as Director in Structured Finance Office, Bank Pekao SA (UniCredit Group). She has over 16 years experience in corporate, structured and project finance, as well as in leverage finance and syndicated lending. Karolina graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics, Banking and Finance faculty, and completed a joint study program with the University of Mainz. She is a CFA charterholder.
