Krzysztof Noga is a graduate of the School of Engineering in Zielona Góra, Faculty of Electrical Engineering, and of MBA studies at the University of Gdańsk/Erasmus Rotterdam. He is qualified to sit on Supervisory Boards of State Treasury companies. He is responsible for development of the trading sector and marketing at Grupa DUON. Since 2011, he has held the position of the President of DUON Marketing and Trading S.A. (formerly KRI Marketing and Trading S.A.). He has nineteen years of experience in the power industry, where he has held managerial positions, e.g. at PGNiG Energia S.A., Energa S.A., PSE Electra S.A., PGE S.A. oraz Elnord S.A. He was also a member of Supervisory Boards i.a. in: NOM S.A. (2007), PSE Electra S.A. (2007), ENERGA Obrót S.A. (2008), Zespół Elektrowni Wodnych Straszyn Sp. z o.o. (2008). He is also co-founder of the Association of Energy Trading.
