Vice-president of the Board at Deloitte Advisory Sp. z o.o., Partner, Leader of the Innovation Consulting and R&D and Government Incentives Teams in Deloitte in Poland Expert with over 17 years of experience in R&D process management and innovation strategy. Specialist in management of competitiveness-promoting public aid programs for enterprises (EU funds). She supports corporate cost optimization programs regarding R&D projects through the use of tax incentives and grants (including EU funds). Actively involved in development of innovation-supporting policy in Poland. Participant in debates regarding modification of the tax incentive systems supporting R&D activity. An editor and co-author of nine reports and books, among others devoted to support of R&D activities and other incentives. She has also presented analyst opinions regarding R&D activities on TV and in press. A graduate of University of Navarra, AMP IESE Business School in Barcelona. She has also completed postgraduate studies in the College of Europe, Natolin and won Joseph Conrad Scholarship at the Sussex European Institute in Brighton. A graduate of Institut d'Etudes Politiques (Bordeaux) and the University of Silesia.
