Marcin Balicki graduated from the Faculty of Economics at the University of Gdańsk. He has gained considerable work experience since 1994 working in consulting companies and financial institutions, including Baltic Brokers S.A., PHZ Navimor Sp. z o.o., Bank Inicjatyw Gospodarczych BIG S.A., Bank Współpracy Europejskiej S.A. In the years 2004 – 2010 he held the position of CFO and board member of Petrolinvest S.A., and in the years 2012 – 2013 – that of the President of the Management Board of AMG Chemicals S.A. Since 2013 – member of the Supervisory Board of Trans Polonia S.A. He has been with the Millennium Bank Group since 2013, holding a position of the Head of Sales Department. Since May 2015, Member of the Management Board of Millennium Leasing.
