Co-owner and co-founder of Grupa Nowy Szpital, holds master’s degree in management. He began his healthcare career in 1999 working as Director of the West Pomeranian Regional Sickness Fund in Szczecin. Hospital reorganization became his life's passion. In 2003, he started to cooperate with ZUK KnowHow where he prepared and led hospital-restructuring projects. He became Chairman of Grupa Nowy Szpital in 2008.
