Marek Grodziński is a board member of Capgemini Poland and the Director responsible for the European network of Delivery Centers which employs more than 4,000 employees and provides wide range of services for more than 40 International Clients. Marek joined Capgemini in July 2005 as an Engagement Manager. He was then appointed as Engagement Director for a portfolio of client engagements. In November 2007, Marek became the Center Director for Poland, and in January 2013 he was appointed a Vice President. In 2013 his mandate was extended to the rest of Europe. Prior to joining Capgemini, Marek worked for Bombardier Transportation as a Global Cash Management Director, a Regional Accounting & Reporting Director and a Financial Reporting Manager at the Berlin headquarters, as well as a Financial Controller in the Polish factory. Marek is a board member and co-founder of the Association of Business Service Leaders in Poland (ABSL).
