Mirosław Michna is an active member of the National Chamber of Tax Advisors and a member of the Public Examination Commission on Tax Advisory. He has been providing tax advisory services since 1997. He specializes in tax consulting in the field of corporate income tax, value added tax and personal income tax. He managed numerous projects in the field of international tax law as well as mergers and acquisitions. He advised in the privatization and reorganization processes of company groups (transformations, acquisitions, mergers, divisions, tax capital groups). He has been rendering advisory services to Polish and foreign companies, in particular in terms of ongoing business consultancy for undertakings operating in the automotive sector and industry, as well as entities operating on Special Economic Zones. He also supervised numerous tax and financial reviews.
