He was born in 1963. He graduated from the Warsaw University of Life Sciences (SGGW), faculty of Veterinary Medicine in Warsaw in 1987. In 1988 he completed an internship in USA and between 1998-1999 he advanced on post-graduate studies at the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH) in the scope of EU functioning and the common market. For the first two years after graduation he worked as a veterinarian in the Kashubian region. Then from 1989 he ran his own business, including a specialized poultry farm for two years. Since July 1993 he has been associated with Indykpol. Since June 1999 he is the President and CEO of the company. In 1994 he introduced Indykpol – as the first company from Warmia and Mazury region - into the Warsaw Stock Exchange. The co-author of the greatest success of the company, the author of the development strategy of the Indykpol Capital Group. His marketing strategy has influenced on the consumption model in Poland into more healthy one as well as the consumption of turkey products have increased by 10-fold during the past 15 years. He exerts an influence on the poultry industry development in Poland and its position in the EU market. He is the Vice-President of the Management Board of the National Poultry Council. Since October, 2014 he is the Vice-President of AVEC - Association of Poultry Processors and Poultry Trade in the European Union. His company is a sponsor of many cultural and sports events both of local and national character. Since 2010 Indykpol is the naming rights sponsor of the volleyball team - Indykpol AZS Olsztyn. He has many sports passions, he plays golf, tennis, he sails, skis and likes journeys. He is also a volleyball fan, especially supports a team of Indykpol AZS Olsztyn.
