From 1990 to1994 Member of the Board of Śródmieście Warsaw.
To 1999 Director of the Organizing Office of Warsaw-Centre District, from 2000 to 2006 Director of the Labour Office in Warsaw.
From 2005 to 2006 Undersecretary of State in the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy, responsible for the labour market and social dialogue etc. Post - Term Adviser to the Prime Minister for social affairs agreement.
Since 2006 associated with the Polish Information and Foreign Agency Investment, to 2009 Vice President, consequently Adviser to the Board Agency for strategy.
In 2010 served as the Deputy Commissioner General of the Polish exposition at the World Exhibition EXPO in Shanghai.
From 2013 to 2014 co-author of the final report "Depopulation-time to changes in the Opole labor market" within the framework of Human Capital Operational Programme, Priority VI The labor market open to all.
In 2015 co-author of the final report of the "New Quality for Seniors" under the Government Programme for the Social Activity Ageing 2014-2020.
Since April 2016 President of the Board of the State Fund for Rehabilitation of Disabled People (PFRON).
