PhD Eng. Pil. Tomasz Balcerzak- Expert of European Global Navigation Satellite Systems Agency, Assistant Professor at Silesian University of Technology, Aviation Faculty, 2013-2016-President of Polish Aviation Club. He used to be CEO/General Director of Eurolot Airlines. From July 2011 till the end of December 2014 Chairman of Supervisory Board of WRO LOT handling agent company. From May 2011 till December 2013 he used to work as Board Member for Operations and Maintenance at LOT Polish Airlines including coordination of a number of projects in the operational and technical area and overseeing the restructuring program. Since 2009 Tomasz Balcerzak worked as CEO and Member of the Management Board and Chief Operating Officer in the charter airline Enter Air. He got professional experience including as pilot-crew commander of the 36th Special Air Transport Regiment for VIP in Warsaw, Director of Operations at Centralwings airline, as well as Managing Director of the company FDS-Flight Dispatch Services. He graduated from the Air Force Academy in Deblin-Poland, received his pilot, lieutenant engineer degree. Knowledge also completed in additional magistry studies at Warsaw University, then received his doctorate (PhD) at Warsaw University and diploma of Master's Degree in Business Management of Postgraduate School of Economics in Warsaw. Lecturer in Aviation Law Institute of International Relations at Warsaw University and Łazarski University. He has extensive experience in the aviation industry and in managing projects of the operating companies. He is the founder and co-founder of several existing companies in Poland in aviation industry. He specializes in transportation, logistics and aviation and space law.
