Dr Tomasz Dziedzic, a graduate of the Faculty of Sociology at University of Warsaw, Ph.D. in Economics. He completed his doctoral dissertation on the economy of air transport at the Warsaw School of Economics. The title of the work: THE FACTORS INFLUENCING THE SIZE OF INTERNATIONAL SCHEDULED PASSENGER AIR MOVEMENT (WITH PARTICULAR REFERENCE TO POLAND) Since 2003, Tomasz Dziedzic has been employed at the Institute of Tourism in Warsaw, which in 2012 became a department of the Warsaw School of Tourism and Hospitality Management. He is the author of annual reports on the Polish and global air transport market. The reports address a wide spectrum of subjects related to the air transport and tourist markets, as well as air traffic forecasts for Poland (last edition 2014). From April 2013 to November 2015, he was a member of the Supervisory Board of LOT Polish Airlines. In 2015 he organized an academic conference on the subject of Air Passenger Service in the Wake of New Information Technologies.
