He was graduated at the Technical University of Warsaw, Faculty of Construction, Mechanics and Petrochemical Industry, chemical technology specialization, in Płock and Engineering School in Horsens, Denmark. He was also granted Master of Business Administration at the University of Illinois. In 2004-2006 he was employed by PKN ORLEN SA on the manager positions. Till 2009 he was the owner of the company offering business advisory services. At the same time he was also Managing Director in the Centre of Innovations and Technological Investments and Director of Department of Technological Investments at AKJ Capital SA (2006-2007). In 2007-2008 he was a partner in the Energy Studies Institute. He has continued his professional carrier in DGA SA as a Director of Strategic Projects in Business Advisory Department (2008-2009). In 2009 he became as a Vice President of Board and Strategy and Development Director of Chemical Company Police SA. In 2010-2013 he has worked again for the ORLEN Group, being Executive Member of the Board and Director on Strategy and Operations in Anwil S.A. On the turn of 2012-2013, he was President of the Board of Chemeko Sp. z o.o., belonging to Anwil Group. Since 2011 he was a Member of the Board of the Brussels based organization Fertilizers Europe. Actually, since June 2013, he is a President of the Board of the Polish Chamber of Chemical Industry.
