Weronika Achramowicz is a legal advisor and an expert in international mergers and acquisitions. She represents industry investors and private equity funds in acquisitions, investment processes and restructurings. She also advises on commercial and economic law as well as regulatory issues, representing clients in related court as well as court and administrative disputes. Weronika has been associated with Baker & McKenzie since 2005, and since March 2016 she has taken over as the leader of Trade & Commerce Practice in Baker & McKenzie’s Warsaw Office.
