Wojciech has 14 years of experience in providing consulting services for the leading European utilities and oil companies. His experienced relates, among others, to power engineering, heat and gas. He managed projects on strategy definition and implementation, restructuring, reorganization and optimization of the procurement spend in Poland. He was engaged in the construction of Shared Service Center in the area of procurement and engineering. Being an author of the Optimization from the middle methodology, he also conveyed numerous restructuring projects for the major German companies. Wojciech holds a master degree in Economy, which he earned in Warsaw School of Economics, specializing in the area of marketing and management. He graduated from Strategies of Management on the European Utility Markets postgraduate studies at Warsaw University of Technology and completed an international management CEMS program.
