Graduated from Medical Faculty of Medical Academy. In 2013 finished the post-graduate education on Management in Health Care at the The School of Banking and Management in Cracow. He is a business practitioner, specialist in gynaecology and obstetrics. In years 1997-2000 worked as a medical specialist in Dr Madurowicz Hospital in Łodź. From 2010 to 2011 held the position of the head of gynaecology and obstetrics word at the Medical Centre in Pabianice. From 2011 to 2014 worked for the Medical Centre in Tomaszów where in 2011-2013 held the position of the Medical Director (he was awarded the Silver Medicine Pearl Award) and since 2013 acted as the Chairman (awarded with laudatory letter by the Director of the Regional Office of the National Health Fund in Łodź for receiving the Silver Medicine Pearl Award and for high position in ranking “Safe Hospital” by Rzeczpospolita. From 2014 held the position of Medical Chief in Luxmed Sp. z o.o. In 2014 and 2015 held the position of the Deputy Director of Care and Treatment in District Hospital in Radomsko. He also finished the training course for internal auditors, course for Members of Supervisory Boards in state owned companies, training course in the field of modern management in healthcare premises. Mr Zawalski holds longstanding experience in the field of health company management including managing its key structures. Furthermore he specialises in healthcare marketplace in Poland, Medical Law, Commercial Companies Code.
