Affiliated with the Polish State Railways and PKP Group since 1978. For over 35 years have gone through all levels of career starting from driver to the President of the Board of PKP LHS in Zamość. He held this position from 2006 to 2013. A graduate of the Faculty of Law at the Catholic University of Lublin and postgraduate studies Quality Manager at the Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin.
