Executive Editor of the monthly magazine entitled Polish National Health Care System OSOZ. Has been dealing with cybernetics in health protection for decades. Graduated from the Metallurgy Department of Silesian Technical University in Gliwice in 1971 and from the Department of Automatics and Information Technology of the same university in 1975. Graduated from the Department of Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry of Silesian University in Katowice in 1979. In 1981 obtained PhD in Technical Science granted by the decision of the Council of the Automatics and Information Technology Department of Silesian Technical University in Gliwice.
