Anna leads the Impact team at McDonald’s Poland, with responsibilities including building the reputation and trust in the McDonald’s brand, managing relations with the wider community, including employees, partners, consumers, and local and national stakeholders, and supporting the organisation in achieving its strategic business and sustainable development goals.
Before joining McDonald’s Poland, she worked for Shell, where, as a member of the management team, she led the corporate affairs division, with responsibilities including regulation and public policy, communications and social investment. During her 20-year career, she has also worked for Amazon, Jeronimo Martins and British American Tobacco.
