Billy Leung

Deputy Director, Hong Kong Economic and Trade Office, Berlin

Mr Billy Leung has been the Deputy Director of HKETO Berlin since April 2024. Prior to joining the Berlin office, he had worked at different policy bureaux of the Hong Kong SAR Government for eight years, overseeing a wide range of issues including energy, climate change and sustainable development.
