He is a graduate of law and European studies from the University of Warsaw. For several years he dealt with legal advisory for Polish and foreign enterprises. He is a cooperator of the Ignacy Lukasiewicz Energy Policy Institute. An author of scientific publications and market analyzes in the field of energy policy, energy law and electromobility.
