Ewa Kwapis
vice-president, Transition Technologies - Systems Sp. z o.o.
Vice President of the Management Board at Transition Technologies-Systems, responsible for the company's strategic development and supervision of key projects in the energy sector. She has been with the company for over 20 years and combines extensive managerial and technical experience in the IT and energy industries.
She specializes in the digital transformation of the energy sector – from IT system integration and the implementation of innovative tools to ensuring that solutions comply with EU regulations. She has many years of experience in implementing complex projects for the largest players in the energy market, supporting digitization, security, and sustainable development processes.
Under her leadership, TT-Systems was awarded the Economic Award of the President of the Republic of Poland in the “Responsible Business” category. One of her key areas of interest is the development of artificial intelligence, which she considers to be the foundation of energy transformation.
She is a speaker at major industry events, including the European Economic Congress. A graduate of computer science at the Warsaw University of Technology, she is currently participating in the Executive MBA program at the Warsaw School of Economics.
