Kamila Majcher-Zalewska

Legal Counsel. Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University in Krakow and the Faculty of Law, Economics and Management at the University of Orleans (Master en droit privé).
She holds an LL.M degree from IIT Chicago-Kent College of Law in Chicago. She specializes in corporate law, venture capital financing, and state aid law.
She gained experience in law firms, at Forum TFI S.A., at Templeton Asset Management TFI S.A. where she dealt with legal issues of the creation and operation of investment funds. She currently holds the position of deputy director of the commercialization department at the NCRD. At NCRD, she oversees instruments related to the venture capital market.
