Katarzyna Socha, HR Director at the PBI Group (comprising 16 companies), is an expert with over 15 years of experience in human resources management. She specializes in creating and implementing comprehensive HR strategies, personnel policies, regulations, and remuneration systems. As an advocate of continuous development, she places particular emphasis on building employee development strategies. She effectively implements educational programs and initiatives aimed at shaping a positive organizational culture. Within the projects she carries out, she pays special attention to initiatives preparing young people for the challenges of the future job market.
