CEO of Maspex Group. Co-founder and co-owner of Maspex Group, the largest private company in the food industry in Poland and one of the largest in Central and Eastern Europe.
Krzysztof Pawiński is a graduate of the AGH University of Science and Technology in Kraków. He furthered his education at the Technische Universität in Clausthal-Zellerfeld, Germany. In 1996, he obtained a doctoral degree in technical sciences from the AGH University of Science and Technology. Since 1990, he has been running his own business.
Maspex Group, of which he is a co-founder, co-owner, and President of the Management Board, is one of the largest companies in the food industry in this part of Europe.
Maspex employs over 9,000 people, and its products reach more than 80 countries worldwide. Every year, in several production plants located in Poland, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania, and Bulgaria, Maspex produces 2.2 billion liters of juices, nectars, and beverages, 300 thousand tons of pasta and cereal products, 180 thousand tons of jams and preserves, and 145 million liters of alcoholic beverages.
The company offers several dozen brands, most of which are market leaders, including Tymbark, Kubuś, Lubella, Łowicz, Krakus, Kotlin, Puchatek, Ekland, DecoMorreno, Plusssz, Cremona, and Żubrówka. Maspex grows both organically and through acquisitions—the company has completed 22 acquisitions, including 13 abroad. In 2024, the Group’s consolidated sales revenues exceeded PLN 16 billion. Maspex carries out numerous social programs, including being the main sponsor of the largest children’s football tournament in Europe, the "Tymbark Cup."
