Treasurer and Vice President of the Management Board for Financial Affairs at Employers of the Republic of Poland and a member of the Supervisory Board of Wielton S.A. He graduated from the Faculty of Management at the University of Warsaw and completed the Tempus CUBIS postgraduate program in management, including IT-supported management, at universities in Milan, Amsterdam, and Leuven (1994). He also completed the Advanced Management Program at IESE Business School, University of Navarra, Barcelona (2007). From 1992 to 2000, he was associated with the Securities and Exchange Commission, serving as Director of the Department of Public Companies and Finance.
