TOP Municipal Investments 2025 – competition final and award ceremony

The Top Municipal Investments competition, as ever, is intended to demonstrate the scale of municipal investments and their pro-developmental effect on the economy, region, and citizens. The competition aims to appreciate entities who, through their bold investments decisions that stimulate growth, shape trends and become champions of environment.

The competition aims to appreciate entities who, through their bold pro-developmental investments decisions, shape trends and become champions of environment.

The competition is organized by: the editorial staff of the PortalSamorzadowy.pl website, and PTWP Group organising the European Economic Congress.

Awarded will be 10 investments from Poland implemented and conducted by local governments, entities of which the former are stockholders, or investments conducted by private companies fulfilling tasks of local government, e.g. in the field of public utilities.

The main evaluation criteria are scale, functionality, innovativeness, cooperation with the local community at the stage of design, financial efficiency and active assets management.
