The VIP, Speaker badges entitles its holder to:
- on-site participation in the congress
- access the VIP Sector during banquets and conferences,

- participate in the awards gala of TOP Investments 2026,
- participate in the EEC Start-up Challenge awards gala,
- participate in the Investor Without Borders awards gala,
- access all broadcasts and rebroadcasts of sessions of the European Economic Congress,
- use the messaging app (offering the possibility of arranging meetings).
The Premium, Media name tag entitles its holder to:

CAR PARK
Car park for holders of VIP, Speaker badges
Strefa Kultury (Culture Zone) – next to the building of the Polish National Radio Symphony Orchestra.
P1 VIP car park – entrance from Olimpijska street. During the event, the P1 VIP car park is supervised 24h, but it is not guarded.
Car park for holders of Premium and Media badges

P2 PREMIUM and P3 PREMIUM car parks – entrance from Haralda street. During the event, the P2 PREMIUM and P3 PREMIUM car parks are supervised 24h, but they are not guarded.
Parking for VIP and Premium guests is free of charge. Entering the car park is possible only upon producing a unique pass (downloadable from each participant’s account: downloadable from each participant’s account
The number of parking spaces is limited. Parking is only possible in designated areas.
If all parking spaces are occupied, we encourage you to use the municipal car parks, available for a charge, located around the International Congress Centre

Silesian Museum – an aboveground car park with a capacity of 120 parking spaces, including 9 for coaches and 7 for people with disabilities, as well as an underground car park with a capacity of 220 parking spaces, including 12 for people with disabilities.
Parking for up to three hours is free of charge. The cost of each additional hour of parking is PLN 5.00, to be paid at the vending machines located at both car parks. Payment by cash as well as by card is possible. Parking for single-track vehicles is free of charge. Both car parks can be accessed from Dobrowolskiego street. All cordless receivers are marked with a unique number. Each receiver number is assigned to a participant using it. Every participant using a receiver is responsible for returning it.
LANGUAGE OF PRESENTATIONS AND INTERPRETATION OF THE SESSIONS
The language of all presentations is Polish. All sessions and galas will be interpreted simultaneously from Polish to English. Information on other available languages will be updated in the agenda.
SILENT SESSIONS
After the opening session, the main stage of the Spodek arena will be divided into two stages where two independent SILENT sessions will be held. There will be no audio system in the auditorium. The voice of the speakers will be transmitted through an infrared transmitter feeding the signal to cordless receivers for simultaneous interpretation. For your convenience, in-ear headphones will be provided, too. Every participant and speaker will have a chance of choosing their preferred headphones. All speakers and participants are requested to use them. All available channels will be displayed at the entrance to each session.
