How can system stability be ensured in conditions of limited financial resources and dynamically changing patient needs, in the context of an increasingly complex geopolitical situation? In what direction will reforms and political decisions go in order to effectively respond to patient expectations on the one hand, and meet new systemic challenges on the other? Will it be possible to maintain the current model of the system, or will a thorough overhaul be necessary—and who will decide on its shape?
