A generation coming of age in times of permanent uncertainty. Attitudes, expectations, and concerns of young people. Is the Polish education system keeping up with the world? What is missing from school curricula? Future skills: entrepreneurship, critical thinking, resilience. First contact with the labour market. Flexibility or stability – what do young people expect from employers? Resilience and the art of adaptation – where can they learn it? Agency of the youth: do they have a real influence on decisions about their future? Participation in public policies. Youth organizations, activism, volunteering – where do young people seek influence? Intergenerational dialogue: what would young people change if they could?
