A forester and senior executive with extensive experience in managing one of the largest public organizations in Poland. He graduated from the Faculty of Forestry at the Warsaw University of Life Sciences and also holds an MBA. He has served three times as Director of the Regional Directorate of the State Forests in Radom and, from 2012 to 2015, led the State Forests as Director General. Since August 2025, he has resumed the role of Director General, overseeing the strategic management of an organization of key importance to Poland’s raw material security, the protection of natural resources, and the development of the forest and wood sector.
