An expert with extensive experience in innovation management, research, and complex investment projects. She specializes in creating value by connecting diverse fields of expertise and building a strong culture of collaboration.
Since 2023, she has served as CEO of Reselekt S.A., a company within the Eneris Group and one of Poland’s nationwide deposit return system operators. She oversees the company’s strategic and operational development, supporting the implementation of modern packaging collection and recycling models and building partnerships across the retail and industrial sectors. At the same time, she sits on the management boards of Eneris B&R and Eneris Recupyl, where she coordinates the development of one of Europe’s largest recycling facilities for lithium-ion and primary batteries.
For more than a decade, she led R&D divisions at KGHM, where she was responsible for designing and implementing research strategies, developing innovation management models, and building interdisciplinary teams.
She is also actively involved in educational and social initiatives through the Code for Green Foundation, which develops and implements models of environmental and technology education.
