She has led projects focused on transforming procurement organizations to enhance the efficiency of the purchasing process by implementing market best practices. She has held positions such as Director responsible for procurement at SPEC S.A., PGNiG S.A., OGP GAZ-SYSTEM S.A., GA ZAP S.A., and the Polish Air Navigation Services Agency (PAŻP).
