Agnieszka Skorupińska is an attorney and partner at the Warsaw office of Baker McKenzie, where she heads up the Sustainability and Energy Transition team. Agnieszka brings extensive experience advising clients on energy, including RES, nuclear energy, industrial and infrastructure projects, including waste management. She is an expert in advising on the law as it relates to energy, the environment and natural resources.
Agnieszka advises on the regulatory aspects of M&A/PE transactions and greenfield direct investments. She also represents clients in administrative and court proceedings in these areas. She advises on contract structuring as well as projects related to mineral exploration and extraction.
