Over the course of his career he has executed hundreds of transactions across both public and private markets, encompassing advisory mandates as well as bespoke financing solutions. Prior to his current role, Aleksander led strategic client activity within Santander's Corporate & Investment Banking division in Poland. Before that, he held positions at Barclays in the United Kingdom and Raiffeisen Bank International (RBI) across the CEE region.
