Aleksander Wasilewski is an experienced executive with nearly three decades of leadership experience within the Nestlé Group. He began his career in 1997 at Cereal Partners Poland Toruń-Pacific, a joint venture producing Nestlé breakfast cereals, where he built a strong financial and operational track record, including serving as Chief Financial Officer from 2010.

He has held senior international leadership roles, including Managing Director of Cereal Partners Worldwide in Ukraine and Moldova, and later responsibility for the breakfast cereals business across the Nordic markets. In 2020, he was appointed President of the Management Board of Cereal Partners Poland Toruń-Pacific. Since September 2024, he has served as President of the Management Board of Nestlé in Poland.

Aleksander is recognized for leading complex business transformations and operational optimization initiatives, particularly in challenging market environments. As a leader, he promotes a culture of inclusivity, innovation, and collaboration, focusing on sustainable growth and the long-term development of the organization.

Aleksander is an alumnus of Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń, Executive MBA studies at the University of Edinburgh and Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées in France.
