Since the beginning of her professional career, Aleksandra Karpińska has been
associated with the energy industry. In the ORLEN Capital Group, she was responsible
for regulatory advisory initially in the areas of logistics and procurement. For 7 years
Aleksandra has been associated with the Regulatory and Compliance Area of ORLEN S.A.
An expert in the fuel market, specializing in areas such as concession obligations and the
intervention stock system, and supporting key energy projects from a regulatory
perspective, particularly covering traditional fuels, but also fuels from renewable sources
and projects in the field of energy transformation.
Currently, Aleksandra is in charge of the area responsible for managing national and
international regulatory risk in the largest Polish energy sector company, producing and
supplying fuel and energy based on oil, gas, as well as renewable energy sources.
In 2009, Aleksandra graduated in law at the Faculty of Law, Administration and
Economics of the University of Wrocław. She completed her legal counsel apprenticeship
at the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Warsaw and obtained the professional title
of legal counsel.
