Alina Wołoszyn joined KPMG in 2008 where she manages team of specialists responsible among others for the advising on preparation of the infrastructure investments and arrangement of the financing for companies in Poland and in CEE region. Prior to joining KPMG she worked in Citibank Handlowy S.A. in Warszawie as Head of Corporate Finance Department where she managed a team of specialists responsible for the structuring and arrangement of the financing on Polish and European market. Since 1996 Alina Wołoszyn has worked in Citi Bank Handlowy S.A. where she has created and developed Corporate Finance Department in Poland. Alina has more then 20 year experience in the financial advisory, structuring and arranging the financing on both on Polish and European market in the form of syndicated loan (Corporate Lending and Project Finance), bonds (including corporate bonds, project bonds, revenues bonds and High Yield) as well as the ECAs financing. Alina Wołoszyn has extensive experience among others in the coal mining, chemical, energy, telecommunication and public sector, which she gained during many transactions originated and arranged for Polish clients.
