Founder and President of the SML Foundation, supporting the development of young women from smaller towns, with a strong focus on building resilience and self-confidence. She is professionally associated with Roche Diagnostics, where she works as Medical Communication & Administration Support.
She is currently studying Dentistry at the Medical University of Warsaw. Amelia is the author and co-author of scientific papers and an active conference speaker, presenting topics related to the use of 3D printing and artificial intelligence in dentistry and maxillofacial surgery.
She promotes reverse mentoring, authentic communication, and intergenerational dialogue. She is a member of the program board of Mentoring Together ABSL. As an Ambassador of Coffideas, she supports a culture of meaningful conversations and building deep, valuable relationships.
In her private life, Amelia is a pianist and chess player. She values interdisciplinarity, creative courage, and a future in which technology serves humanity.
