He began his professional career as a social worker and leader of a Social Integration Club. In 2010, as a tenured civil servant, he joined the Ministry of Family, Labour and Social Policy. He was a member of the European Commission Expert Group on Social Economy and of the Accreditation Committee responsible for the accreditation system and standards of Social Economy Support Centres. He coordinated the preparation of the National Programme for the Development of the Social Economy. He supervised work on the draft Act on the Social Economy and participated in programming support for the sector under ESF-funded programmes. Between 2022 and 2024, at the Chancellery of the Prime Minister of Poland, he was responsible for cooperation with NGOs and for developing solutions in the field of social integration. Since February 2024, he has served as Director of the Social Economy Department at the Ministry of Family, Labour and Social Policy.
